Thomas Young is cofounder of Creative Resource Group, a development consulting agency based in Minnesota. For over ten years, Young has lead major capital campaigns for a host of institutions ranging from Lions International, Chalmers in Sweden and the American Swedish Insitute in Minneapolis.
